🗓 Free Cancellation

Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund (minus any payment processing fees, if applicable).

💳 Partial Refund

Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the accommodation rate.

Cleaning fees are refunded only if the guest has not checked in.

❌ Non-Refundable

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

• Payment processing fees (PayPal, PayPhone, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Date changes are subject to availability and price adjustments.
• In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions), we may offer date changes at our discretion.
